Conference Awards


  Young Scientist Award

  • Everyone within the age of 40 by 20th June, 2026 with a doctor degree is eligible for Best Young Scientist Award.
  • Application could be made during registration. The applicant is required to submit representative publications (up to 2) and full CV for judges to review. All publications need to provide impact factor, citation and major research contribution.
  • Researchers will be selected by the TPC during the conference.
  • Award Application Deadline: 20th May, 2026.

  Outstanding Organization Award

  • To recognizes an individual/organization whose accomplishments have significantly contributed to ICoPESA conference. It will be selected by Organizing Committee before Conference.

  Best Student Paper Award

  • For university students only.
  • The first author of the paper register and deliver the oral presentation at ICoPESA.
  • Winners will be selected during the competition.

  Best Industrial Paper Award

  • For researchers from company, institute only.
  • The first author of the paper register and deliver the oral presentation at ICoPESA..
  • Winners will be selected during the competition.

  Best Oral Presentation Award

  • One best oral presentation will be selected by session chairs according to the originality, applicability, Technical Merit, PPT and English.

  Best Poster Presentation Award

  • All the accepted and registed poster papers.
  • It will be selected by poster session chairs.
